Most journals ask you to commit to a whole year. Then we miss a few days and weeks, and by March the book sits half-empty in a drawer. Our thoughts end up scattered, and the journal gets too heavy to take anywhere.

We meet in small groups in beautiful spaces around Singapore, write in quiet, and read a few lines aloud if you'd like to share. Listening is always welcome. You take the journal home and keep going.

Half-finished journals with scattered thoughts? I have more than I'd like to admit. So our journals are kept short enough to finish, and every prompt is written the way I'd ask a question as a certified coach (CPCC).
